Low Voltage Motor Repairs

Workshop overhaul and stator rewind for Low voltage motors <= 1000V:

The National Electric Motor Services workshop offers a comprehensive overhaul service that includes meticulous inspection, thorough cleaning, drying, varnish and tropic-proof treatment, and expert reconditioning of all motor components. Our goal is to bring the motors to a state of optimal performance.

Prior to delivery, each motor undergoes a series of rigorous static and running tests to ensure maximum availability and peak performance. We are committed to delivering motors that meet stringent quality standards.

It’s important to note that our overhaul package is applicable only to motors that are economically and practically repairable, without any structural damage to essential elements such as windings, stator frame, rotor bars, and drive shaft. This ensures that the motors are viable candidates for our comprehensive overhaul services, guaranteeing their continued efficiency and longevity after the refurbishment process.
